Privacy notice for the BrikFi waitlist
Effective August 14, 2026. This notice covers the pre-launch signup forms at brikfi.com: the consumer launch waitlist and the business early-access form. When the BrikFi service launches, a full privacy policy will govern the service itself, and it will be published before anything beyond these forms collects your data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and ZIP code. You may also choose to provide your first and last name, city, and state (all optional). If you arrived through a friend's referral link, we record that referral code alongside your signup. We collect nothing else, and there is no tracking or advertising on this site.
Why
Your email is how we tell you when BrikFi is live near you. Your ZIP code tells us which neighborhoods to launch in next. The referral code preserves who referred whom for a benefit that begins only after launch. We use waitlist data for nothing beyond these purposes.
How joining works
The waitlist uses double opt-in: after submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you click the link in it. If you never click, you are never on the list. The signup form is protected by Cloudflare's Turnstile bot check, which uses your IP address transiently during verification; BrikFi does not store your IP address.
For businesses
The business early-access form collects your business name, your first name, email address, business ZIP code, business category, roughly how your customers pay, and a marketing-budget range , plus, only if you choose to provide them, a website or social link, your current loyalty or promotion approach, a note about winning repeat customers, and the name of a business that referred you. We use this to evaluate bringing BrikFi to your area and to contact you about it, and for nothing else. Business signups use the same double opt-in confirmation and the same Turnstile bot check described above, and the same removal rights below apply.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle waitlist data on our behalf:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): sends our emails and stores the waitlist contact records, including standard email engagement data such as delivery and opens.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts brikfi.com and provides the Turnstile bot check.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law, and no advertising is involved.
Leaving the list
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all email from us immediately. To have your record deleted entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, email privacy@brikfi.com and we will do it.
